1. Right of Withdrawal (EU & Germany)

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing any reason.

Conditions for withdrawal:

2. Return Window (International – USA & worldwide)

For customers outside the EU/UK, we offer a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be returned with original packaging.

3. Items Excluded from Returns

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective on arrival:

  • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel
  • Perishable or sanitary products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital goods or downloadable content
  • Hazardous materials
  • Custom-made or personalized items

4. Condition-Based Refunds

5. How Returns Work (Dropshipping Model)

We do not accept returns sent directly to the manufacturer or supplier.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  3. Contact your bank (processing delays may occur).

8. Sale Items
